Return Policy

     All merchandise purchased from www.2moda.com must be returned within 60 days from the purchase date at the customer's expense, unless your return shipping costs are based on manufacturing defects and company error. After submitting the return request, customer has 10 days to return the item back to David's Wholesale in order to receive in-store credit. Any returns that violate 10 day grace period will not be entitled to in-store credits.
    Effective date for 60 day return policy, 08/01/10. (All orders placed before 08/01/10 will not be eligible for 60 days return policy)


Return condition

    Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. We also cannot accept returns on final sales (close out, clearance items and etc.)


Restocking Fees

    Please be advised, return items without the original packaging and original tag will be result in a 20% deduction from the return credit amount. There is no restocking fee for returns of unopened, unused, and untested items returned within 60 days.


In-store Credit

    Once your returns are received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account. (usually within 5 business days).
Store credit will be issued for the refund of unsatisfactory items. Credits can be redeemed as long as there is an active account with David's Wholesale. If a customer returns an item which contravenes the 60 day return policy or any product that was not purchased from David's Wholesale will be penalized $40 (return shipping and handling costs).


    Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept returns. We always strive to make return process as easy and hassle-free for you as possible. The process is very simple, please be sure to follow the instructions indication below

 

1) Log In

 

2)Click "My Account" from the very top right links

 

3)Click "Returns" from the menu bar below to the "My Account"

 

4)Locate a desired order # you wish to return from the "Recent Shipments" and click Return button on the right 
(NO ORDERS OVER 60 DAYS)

 

5)Specify "Returning Qty" and "Return Reason" for each item that you wish to return If you choose "OTHER" for "Return Return Reason", you have to briefly describe it.

 

6)Review your returns and leave a Note on the text box on upper page

 

7)Once you are ready to submit your return, click "Submit" button

 

8)Please write down your RA # visibly on the return box.

 

9)Please include the order number / invoice number in the package.

 

10)Package the return items and ship it to us. (YOU HAVE 10 DAYS TO RETURN THE ITEM)
